Staying at Sandos Caracol Eco Resort was quite the experience, with beautiful nature surroundings and plenty of activities for the family. While the rooms were spacious and the wildlife was a delightful touch, we faced some significant frustrations with the service and the dining options. The inconsistencies in communication regarding our arrangements really took away from the overall enjoyment. Exploring the natural elements was enjoyable, but some overwhelming odors were quite off-putting during our stay.
